Survey Router
Our new, fully-integrated Survey Router ensures willing participants who may have been screened out of surveys are directed to other, appropriate surveys. This comprehensive, customizable survey workflow tool provides many benefits for your business including:
- A measurable reduction in panelist attrition and increased survey uptake.
- The opportunity to engage respondents who may otherwise be annoyed by being screened-out of surveys.
- Avoidance of repeatedly asking respondents the same questions, speeding up the routing process and improving respondent experience.
Geolocation
The Confirmit Horizons Version 16 Feature Pack introduces a new Geolocation question type, which can be used to capture respondents’ exact location for more detailed analysis of your feedback and research data.
By capturing the longitude and latitude values from your respondents’ browsers, you can more closely map the feedback you receive to the location of—and therefore the likely influences upon—groups of respondents.
Doc2Survey Enhancements
Within the Confirmit Horizons Version 16 Feature Pack, we have made a number of improvements to the Doc2Survey creation mode, making it even easier for Standard and Professional users to develop and edit surveys from text documents. These include:
- The use of re-usable lists or scales through a survey, ensuring efficient design and reducing the opportunity for error.
- The ability to automatically process surveys authored in Microsoft Word tables.
- Quick shortcuts for customizing question IDs.
Cross Brower Support
With the introduction of the Feature Pack, Standard Users now have the ability to log into Confirmit using Firefox and Chrome in addition to Internet Explorer. This provides wider support for survey authoring, opening up Confirmit to more users across different platforms, including authoring on Mac environments.
