Mobile Surveys
The Confirmit Horizons Version 16 Feature Pack brings mobile surveying to the core Confirmit platform, enabling you to create and deliver fully-optimized surveys to iPhone and Android devices, and to support surveys on any other mobile device (e.g. Blackberry, Nokia, Windows, or feature phones) with layouts optimized for the size of screen.
These new core mobile capabilities enable you to:
- Reach a wider audience using a mobile as a stand-alone channel or as part of a multi-channel program.
- Provide a high quality survey experience for mobile respondents—using a flexible interface with multiple question styles.
- Have full control over the look and feel of your mobile surveys to reflect your branding and other corporate requirements.
- Incorporate geolocation to capture respondent location for better analysis of your feedback.
- Take advantage of full support for normal desktop rendering of surveys on tablets.
Survey Dashboard Enhancements
With the launch of the Confirmit Horizons Version 16 Feature Pack, we have extended access to the Survey Dashboard to include end users, allowing non-Confirmit users to track the progress of Confirmit projects in real time.
Confirmit users are able to control the permissions for individual end users, allowing them to view details such as interview progress, quota progress, standard reports and custom reports.
The Survey Dashboard also features new quick and secure methods for password recovery and password change.
Confirmit CATI Enhancements
The Confirmit Horizons Version 16 Feature pack features a number of CATI improvements and enhancements, designed to make your call center management more efficient. These include:
